because this is the first post, I guess for those of you that do not know what this is all about.......
My brother and I - in our wisdom - have decided to embark on a little adventure. We are going to cycle from Lands End to John O Groats starting on July 29th! We are going to cover roughly 70 miles a day for about 2 weeks. WHY??????? Well, we want to raise awareness (&money) around mental health issues. We have family members suffering and have experienced the stigma that they have to face, the more people talk about it, and understand it - the easier it will be for the 1 in 4 sufferers in the UK.
